Bio-MeGaFuel was invited to contribute to the webinar “Electrolysis and Gasification: Possible Synergies in Energy and Fuel Production”, held on Friday, 6 March 2026 at 15:00 (CET).

The webinar explored how electrolysis and gasification technologies can complement each other to enable more sustainable production of renewable fuels and energy.
The event brought together several European research and innovation projects, including GeniusFuels, Bio-MeGaFuel, BeBOP, and OUTFOX, each presenting their latest developments and perspectives.
During the session, the Bio-MeGaFuel project presented its work on bio-methanol production via chemical looping gasification coupled with membrane reactors, highlighting how this innovative process can contribute to efficient and sustainable fuel production.
