On 10 September, the Bio-MeGaFuel consortium came together for its General Assembly meeting, with partners from WP2 presenting interesting results from the gasification of different feedstocks.

🔬 It was a valuable opportunity to discuss the latest progress and exchange views on the next steps of the project.

After the meeting, the consortium visited Blue World Technologies, where we had the opportunity to learn more about their work on methanol fuel cell technology and see their full value chain for methanol fuel cell production.

🚗 One of the highlights was seeing the hybrid car powered by a methanol fuel cell — a great example of how methanol-based technologies can move from research and development towards real-world applications.

A big thank you to Martin Borup Christensen for the in-depth introduction and guided visit, and to Line Ljungkvist Knøss for organising the meeting and introducing us to a wonderful Danish dining experience! 🇩🇰
